DXP4800plus 10GBPS ethernet problems :(

I have just purchased a USB4 to 10GbE Network Adapter for my minisforum um780 xtx mini pc because i have no pci slots, but I’m having a lot of trouble getting this to work :(.

I have connected the adapter to my USB4 (USB-C) then connected a network cable from that to my 10Gbps port on my Nas but i am still getting really low transfer speeds from my pc to my nas storage.

Care to share some actual useful information, like how you’ve configured things, what kind of speeds you’re getting, how you’re testing etc.?

It’s really impossible to give you any kind of help based on the information provided.

It is highly probable that the connection issues you’re experiencing are related to the USB-Ethernet dongle rather than the NAS hardware itself.
