IronWolf Pro or Exos for a home NAS?

I have almost decided on Seagate drives for my UGREEN NAS, but I can’t decide between the IronWolf Pro and the Exos series.
The Exos drives seem to be priced quite close to IronWolf Pro where I live, so I am wondering if there is any reason not to buy Exos instead.
My NAS will mostly be used for backups, family photos and Plex, and it will be running 24/7.
If you have used both, which would you recommend and why? Are there any downsides to using Exos drives in a home NAS, such as noise or power consumption?
