Painfully slow Google Drive sync

Hi everyone,

backup up 1TB of photos (c 100k) to Google Drive with the built in cloud sync.

I’ve got a fast 1gb fibre connection so bandwidth isn’t the problem.

Previously I synced 2tb of videos and it was much quicker.

For some reason, the photos are taking an age. I suspect it’s because it’s just doing one at a time.

Any tips or settings I can change?

Hi I did the opposite, downloading 300 Gig of Google takeout photos, fast connection and unfortunately slow, sorry.
