I have a DXP2800. It plays films via Plex on a Samsung smart TV. I tried to view today but receive the message: ‘Playback error: an unexpected playback problem occurred.’
This message is for all films including ones previously viewed. I can view the list and icons of all the films in the Plex library on the TV.
Any ideas what I need to do to overcome this. Many thanks.
That sounds like a Plex issue, not a NAS issue. I’d suggest you ask the Plex community, as they’d have a better idea.
You are right. It was a Plex issue. I reinstalled Plex on the TV to the previous version and all is well again. I believe the latest Plex upgrade issued this week was the culprit.
