After upgrade headphone firmware to 0.2.2 from Ugreen app in the phone, my laptop (windows 11) unable to play the sound.
My laptop can connect via bluetooth but sound output the cannot see the device. Only default at my laptop speaker. Before update will working fine.
I think you’ve found the wrong place for this, this is a community forum for NAS stuff, nothing to do with Ugreen on any official level. Maybe try contacting their customer support?
