Here I am pleased to share with you my little user experience.
Last month I purchased a UGreen DH2300 Nas model from Amazon.
The package and the product were mint and in perfect conditions.
I connected the DH2300 to my TIM HIB PRO router (DHCP enabled) with the Lan cable coming with the box, but the NAS Lan port seemed to be not working.
My router was unable to find the DH2300 on my network, so I was unable to start the initial setup.
I changed the lan cable, tried all the lan ports on my router. Nothing happened. The NAS Lan port was not working.
I was ready to make the product return to Amazon, but as a last chance I disconnected the DH2300 from the Lan cable and from the power supply cable and pushed the reset button on the back of it and awaited 10 minutes.
When I plugged all the cables again and restarted the DH2300, everything become fine: the Lan port started working as expected and the initial setup went flawlaessly.
Now I have my DH2300 fully working.
In your opinion, what may have it happened to make the Lan port to start working as planned ?
