Warning to anyone buying from UGREEN

UGREEN confirmed in writing that my NAS order included a UPS. Weeks later, they denied it — despite ongoing promotions with the same bundle. I’ve filed formal complaints and will continue exposing this until resolved. #ConsumerRights #UGREEN #NAS #BlackFriday

I purchased a NAS DXP4800 Plus and received written confirmation from their support that a UPS would be shipped after Oct. 30th.
Weeks later, they denied the shipment and ignored their own written promise.
Even after showing proof, they closed the case saying: “Any further emails regarding this issue will not be attended.”
This is unacceptable. Be cautious — even written confirmations may be disregarded.
I’ve filed complaints on multiple platforms to expose this behavior.

This sounds unfair, having a written confirmation and then not honoring it.

Just to clarify- this is a community run forum and not an official UGREEN support channel so there wont be any resolution but yes this is going to help other users stay informed

Yes, I’m aware this forum is community-run — and that’s exactly why I chose to share my experience here. My goal isn’t to seek official support, but to warn other users about practices I consider unacceptable from UGREEN. :folded_hands:

My recent experience buying direct was very good. Ordered a DXP2800 and UPS as a Black Friday Deal on 27th Nov and received both items (two separate boxes) on 1st Dec. Now in the process of transferring data across from my old Synology.
