What’s better for the DXP4800 — Unraid or the default UGOS?

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to set up a DXP4800 and can’t decided whether to stick with UGOS or run Unraid instead. UGOS looks simple and clean, but I hear Unraid is better.

Has anyone here actually tried both? Curious which one runs smoother on Ugreen hardware, and if switching back to UGOS is easy. Anyone here already tested switching back and forth?

For most people, UGOS is more than sufficient. It offers everything you need plus it’s free and official

The only real reason to consider Unraid instead woudl be if you want its unique RAID technology (UNRAID technology ) or need support for a particular file system. Outside of that, UGOS covers nearly all the essentials very well.
