Windows 11 Stereo Sound Problem

I bought the Ugreen Studio Pro HiTune Max 6 ANC headphones. When I open Battlefield 6 or PUBG on STEAM, the audio plays in mono instead of stereo. I am using Windows 11. I think this issue happens in some games. When I close the game, the audio switches back to Stereo.

This is a community forum for their NAS products, I suggest you ping their support.

Considering a lot of Bluetooth headphones does exactly the same thing when the microphone is enabled, I don’t think anything is wrong though.

You might want to get a gaming headset with a proprietary dongle, or at least a pair of headphones with LC3/Bluetooth LE audio support, as they can do stereo audio and mic input at the same time. Alternatively, disable the mic input or use the 3.5 mm jack.

Bluetooth audio has a lot of drawbacks and the Bluetooth version has nothing to do with this, instead you need to read up on the specific audio codecs supported where LC3/Bluetooth LE audio is the only solution that would do what you seem to need it to do. Note that your computer would have to support it as well, which isn’t guaranteed. I couldn’t make it work on mine without getting a separate Bluetooth dongle that supports it.
